Tesla was aptly named when she came to CCAC as a stray in November of 2022. She was a high end model for sure. Strong, intelligent, and spirited, but lacking discipline and restraint. As the stress of being in the kennels wore on Tesla, we realized our best hope for her was to hire a professional trainer. Morgan Plunkett Balanced Trainer answered the call, and brought Tesla home for a three week board and train. The results were impressive, and we knew we had a race against the clock to get her adopted before kennel stress again took its toll. Our prayers were answered when we found an adopter who was motivated to follow through on all that Tesla had learned through her training. SCAMP was happy to invest in her training, and we couldn’t be happier for Tess!
