Big surgery for Lunchbox

Most likely Lunch Box was hit by a vehicle. That would certainly explain two broken bones -the long bone of the hind leg and the long bone of the front leg. Typically, a cat in this unfortunate situation would be euthanized, because the surgery is so costly. But Lunch Box finally had a stroke of luck, because donors both near and far chipped in to cover the cost of his surgery to fixate both bones with metal plates. There was a lot of compassion for this sweet kitty, and SCAMP was happy to serve as a conduit so that individuals could donate easily to pay for his care!
