A Mistletoe Trail Surprise!

Chose SCAMP as their charity!

We were completely surprised and honored!

For ten straight days in December, legions of SCAMP fans, AKA Happy SCAMPERs voted for SCAMP as part of the Mistletoe Trail in Ashland City. This was a very fun event where sixty businesses and organizations decorated trees in hopes of winning prize money for their charity. SCAMP had a spunky CCAC themed tree decorated by volunteers with ornaments that included candy-cane benebones, glittery dog collars, toys and tennis balls! Turns out we didn’t win the most votes, but unbeknownst to us, the florist As You Wish Floral Designs had named SCAMP as their charity. So we were completely caught off guard when As You Wish Floral Designs won the Merry and Bright Tree award, that $750 in prize money would be donated to SCAMP. Wow, thank you so much for supporting the animals of CCAC! Can’t wait to do it again next year!
