Fixing cats in the community is a win!

It may have been Benjamin Franklin who said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”, and boy was he right about that when it comes to spay/neuter! Every cat spayed in the community prevents hundreds if not thousands of unwanted litters within just a few years, when you think about the rate at which cats can have kittens! SCAMP was glad to play a part by coordinating a low cost spay/neuter day, which would not have been PAWSible without donations, volunteers, and the good people of Cheatham County who took the time to trap, catch, or package up their cat or outdoor cats and get them to CCAC bright and early. We will be doing this throughout the year so stay tuned for further dates!
