Getting back to the basics here. There are too many dogs and cats in Tennessee! We will never be able to find homes for all of them if we don’t get to the root cause, and the root cause is puppies and kittens. Hoping this message gets out loud and clear to all who need to hear it, which is everyone: Fix your pets! Cheatham County Animal Control works hard to get every shelter cat and dog fixed, and with a limited county budget, they often need some nonprofit support. SCAMP is happy to help out where we can, like getting River fixed and vaccinated for rabies, so that he is ready for adoption. As cute as he is, we don’t need little Rivers, so thanks for doing your part big guy!
